JOB COSTING SOLUTIONS

The system allows for multiple labour lines on Jobs, which will record times worked on specified tasks for both billing and productivity purposes.
This will allow the system to automatically track each technician’s work times, also allowing for multiple technicians to have worked on one job.
The technician will clock IN on a Biometric device, accessing allocated jobs/tasks through the use of Barcodes (14 alphanumeric digits), such as “Oil Change”, “Rotating Tyres”, etc.
Each time a technician clocks IN and OUT on one of these jobs/tasks, the total hours will automatically add up, resulting in accurate billing.
